- Some Experts Not Sure On EV Startups. It was to be expected but some “experts” are not sure it is the best thing to do for governments to spending billions on EV startups, according to BusinessWeek. While we can debate either side of the story, it is good to remember that all corporations were at one point startups and that so far, spending billions on more established companies have not yielded great returns, especially in the long term. Finally, plenty of experts failed to predict the situation we are in today. Ideally, startups will be able to work with established car makers in the future.
- Nissan Altima Hybrid Price. Nissan is revealing the price of its Altima hybrid, $26,780, according to its Press Release. Find out more.
- Tesla Motors Roadster Maintenance Plan. A smart move from Tesla Motors who is launching a maintenance plan for its customers, via AP. The gist, $1 a mile to the customer, minimum $100. The take? Live as close as possible to a Tesla Motors shop!
- What Is Better Than A Tesla Roadster? A pimped up Tesla Roadster! Al & Ed’s Autosound in West Hollywood, California, has a radio system that matches the performance of the Roadster, according to TreeHugger.
