141 Miles Per Gallon Plug-in Hybrid Scooter.  Why not? But if Piaggio’s dream of a plug-in hybrid, PHEV scooter will come true you will be able to squeeze 141mpg out of it, according to Wired.  The scooter will use a 125-cc gasoline engine with an electric motor in an easy-to-ride three-wheeler that reportedly could do zero to 60 in around 5 seconds.  Not bad!
